Job Responsibilities:
- Build strategic OOH proposals for clients through the AdQuick platform.
- Client support and account management - from pre-sale support through booking, execution and campaign completion.
- Campaign-related vendor communications - RFP, booking, contracting - and client/vendor billing.
- Campaign execution from start to finish including setup of analytics/ROI add-ons.
- Platform support and account management for AdQuick Agency clients.
Ideal Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience
- Agency/client facing experience
- Adtech experience
- Startup experience
- Media Owner/Experience - OOH knowledge
- High proficiency in digital tech tools - support (ex: FreshDesk/ZenDesk) CRM (ex: salesforce), project management (ex: asana) + slack, quip, and excel
- Extroverted, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- A bachelor's degree
